Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I found my stay at the hotel to be a mixed experience. Despite some initial issues with noise and room specifics, the staff ultimately resolved them by providing an upgrade to more comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, close to key attractions, although there were some concerns with the dining options.
The hotel was cleaned nicely every day, offering new toiletries regularly, but the rooms were small with old furniture and bed bugs present. The noise from the renovation area disturbed my stay, and the ceiling had visible patches. The mattresses were uncomfortably hard, and the outdated TV had low volume. However, the location of the hotel provided extreme convenience and saved me money, although it was wet during check-in and adjacent to protest areas.
The hotel was very dated, but the upgrade to the executive floor on a quieter side was a relief. The twins instead of a double and single bed were a little inconvenient, but the overall size was bigger than expected. The rooms were a bit small and dark, though.
